As a classroom teacher, I always tried to incorporate some form of student reflection into my activities with my classes. When I began to rely more on reflection in the classroom, my role as teacher quickly melded into more of a facilitator role.

I wish that I would have had a tool like ReCap when I was teaching. ReCap is a a great, FREE, app for student reflection. Teachers can supply prompts for students, or leave it open. Students then use the iOS, Android, or web app to record their own video and audio reflection.
